How long will this take?For branding clients expect a two - three week turnaround. Once your new logo is approved, we will create your branding guidelines and begin your website design and build. Your new website should be ready for review in under eight weeks!

How are you able to create so quickly?The short answer is we've worked with small and middle sized businesses and non-profits for years and we listen to our clients. We conduct competitive research to really know and understand your industry and have fine tuned our project processes to be painless. We will ask the right questions, apply your feedback and guarantee a final product you are proud of!

What do your updates include?You can send us updates at anytime and we will edit your content, change photos and make basic adjustments on your website, so you don't have to. Monthly edits don't include big design changes or new pages. Web maintenance also includes your account membership, hosting and security certificate. If anything goes wrong, we are your web people. We will fix it.

Why do I need Branding Guidelines?The key to turning a business into a brand is to be consistent and recognizable. Your branding guidelines is a document that you can share with your vendors to ensure your new logo is exactly right, every time. It shows your exact colors and typography, how your logo can be used and how it can't be used.

What if I don't like your design?That's legit never happened to us. But if it does, we will review what you'd like your clients to feel when they see your website or branding and revise the design concept to be on target with those goals. In the end, we want our clients to be more than just not ugly, but happy too.

Can I pay for my plan monthly?You bet! Our packages are designed with small and medium sized businesses in mind. We offer a one-off discounted fee OR a monthly payment, whichever best fits your needs and budget.

Do you use templates?Absolutely not, ick. Many web companies use templates by industry and simply swap out the colors. At NU we want you to stand out to your competitors and for your site to reflect your unique values. Usually it’s these values that set you apart! This is why every site is custom built.

Do you outsource your work?Nope. We have an in-house team and are a female owned and operated company.
